We are currently recruiting for a Reception Manager to join our team at Holiday Inn Bolton. This is a full time position working 40 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days including evenings and weekends in our recently refurbished Hotel.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Reception Manager. You will be a great leader with excellent attention to detail and superb customer service.

As Reception Manager you will:

• Be responsible for our Reception and Nights team.
• Maintain focus on meeting or exceeding departmental and hotel goals whilst ensuring compliance with Hotel standards to maintain brand integrity
• Ensure services provided by the Reception & Night staff meet or exceeds guest expectations and builds customer loyalty through product and service excellence
• Recruit, develop and retain a diverse workforce to deliver excellent products and services. Create and sustain a work environment that focuses on fair and equitable treatment and associate satisfaction to enable business success.
• Assist with the selling strategy to maximize revenue and support the efforts of the Sales team to achieve hotel revenue.
• Manage the daily operation of Reception to achieve or exceed budget expectations. Monitor wages and expenses and makes ongoing adjustments as needed to achieve goals.
