Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing sales documents and presentations
- Assist in the coordination and execution of sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities
- Respond to inquiries from clients and prospects, providing information on products, services, and pricing
- Maintain customer databases and CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness of customer information
- Prepare and distribute sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify trends
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales support or administration preferred
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
