We are currently looking to recruit an experienced, premium General Manager who has passion and flair for all things hospitality. You will be working within a critically acclaimed, high volume premium dining pub in Islington. As the General Manager you will be given the opportunity to run and operate the business as your own.

The Person
The successful General Manager will have the following:
- Experience in premium, high volume dining
- Solid P&L knowledge and proven track record of managing budgets, compliance and health and safety.
- Must have experience in fine dining/dining pub
- Ability to lead a strong, experienced, long standing team
- A high experience General Manager with business understanding
- Good wine knowledge is preferable
- Organised, passionate & driven
- Proactive in driving a business forward through marketing, networking & events
- Strong attention to detail
- The face of the business – personable & engaging, ready to build a great rapport with all guests
