- Solid Brasserie background with luxury 5-star hotel experience and exposure to high-end banquet operations.

- Knowledge of Middle Eastern cuisine is a plus, especially within a luxury setting.

- Proven track record catering for VIP functions, private events, royal gatherings, and high-profile events.
