MEP Manager

Our client are a Design & Build main contractor with residential, hotels and commercial fit out projects. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced MEP Manager for their project in Central London.

The £40 million scheme consists of an upgrade of a 10 storey RC frame block into Grade A offices. This will include the full installation of MEPH and the CAT A fit-out.

Based on site, the MEP Manager will lead in the coordination and management of the MEP trades on this major construction project. The candidate will work with the Project team to ensure successful completion of all MEP trade work.

Key duties will include estimating and scoping MEP trades during pre-construction, the review of contract documents, making suggestions/modifications as they relate to the MEP trades and managing and leading MEP subcontractors throughout.

The selected candidate will ideally have a proven track record in the commercial MEP sector, having worked directly for main contractors on large scale office blocks.
