Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and quality.

- Develop and curate an innovative menu that reflects our Levant theme.

- Lead and train kitchen staff, fostering a positive and professional environment.

- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain kitchen equipment.

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

- Organize and host events, enhancing the restaurant's reputation and customer experience.

- Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and staff.

What We're Looking For:

- Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-end, luxury setting.

- Expertise in creating innovative dishes and a keen eye for detail.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in menu creation and cost management.

Requirements:

- Right to Work (RTW) in the UK is essential.
