About the Role

Our Data and Development team is growing, and we have an exciting opportunity for a talented Software Developer to join EG Group! In this exciting role, youll work alongside our Senior Developer and Team Leader to develop new features and support our existing business websites and applications. With a focus on both front-end and back-end development in a .Net based, full-stack environment, you'll be an integral part of a team that delivers small to medium-sized projects.

As a key team member, youll collaborate with customers and analysts to produce technical and logical design documents, ensuring that project requirements are met efficiently. Our team embraces modern development practices, including a CI/CD approach and using Azure DevOps to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.

Duties & Responsibilities

Understand and support exiting business applications by making sure the application is bug free and running smoothly.

Add new features to already built business applications as requested by the business application users.

Design and create new applications as required by your team or by other business departments.

Test newly added /created features in the business applications to make sure applications, features are up to standards.

Provide user training on business application to ensure users are utilizing the applications efficiently.

Understand the business processes and help to automate the business processes to save money and time for the other business departments.

Automate the development process using Azure Devops CI/CD.

Candidate Requirements

Experience using C#, .Net Core, Web API, VB.NET

React, Angular, HTML, CSS and front-end web skills

Azure Devops for CI/CD Pipelining

Agile Methodology

Understanding of database technologies (preferably MSSQL Server)

Strong analysis and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills

Ability to manage your own workload
