About the Role:

Join an esteemed culinary team at a club specializing in Modern Mediterranean cuisine, serving elite members in a sophisticated and serene setting. You will play an integral role in delivering exceptional lunch and dinner experiences to some of the UK’s most influential individuals.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: £37,000 with a generous service charge (£4,000)
  • Time Off: 23 days annual leave plus 8 Bank Holidays, with Christmas, New Year, and 2 weeks in August off

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in fine dining environments such as AA Rosette restaurants, 5-star hotels, or private members clubs is essential.
