WORKING 40 HOURS PER WEEK ACROSS 5 DAYS

£30,900 - £37,000 PER ANNUM PLUS BONUS OF £6,800.00

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a MOT Tester to join our well-established client based in Oldham on a full-time permanent basis.

Day to Day Duties

• Carrying out inspections to judge vehicle roadworthiness
• Following Ministry of Transport and DVSA test guidelines
• Fitting brakes and exhausts
• Fitting new tyres
• Replacing seatbelts
• Checking vehicle oil levels and filters
• Replacing cam belts and clutches
• Cleaning vehicle inspection bays
• Carrying out vehicle quality control checks
• Recording vehicle emission test results
• Scheduling annual MOT training sessions
• Maintaining personal MOT training logs

Essential Skills

• Must have a full Driving Licence with less than 9 points
• Team player willing to assist in workshop carrying out light vehicle maintenance, when not performing MOT's
