THE ROLE
As a Café Supervisor, you will be responsible for wowing our guests with exceptional service and making them feel at home in our Nobu Café.
Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:
- Provide exceptional quality service to guests in a quick and efficient manner in line with hotel and brand standards
- Be comfortable in your ability to multi-task, prioritise and remain calm under pressure
- Be a role model for the floor and maintain a harmonious relationship between all restaurant, bar, kitchen, and front of house teams
- To train and develop an exceptional team, to empower them to be the best they can be
ABOUT YOU
- Ideally you would have previous experience with the ability to engage and connect with a wide range of guests from different backgrounds, ideally gained in a similar Lifestyle boutique hotel, destination fine dining restaurant or cocktail lounge/bar
- Have an open and approachable manner and thrive on interacting with people
- Strong leadership skills & excellent customer service focus
- Have great communication skills, a sense of humour and a welcoming smile
- An understanding of what it takes to provide outstanding levels of guest service
- An eye for detail and be immaculately presented
