Alchemy Global Talent Solutions are working with a prestigious client who provide long-term stay accommodation who are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Manager to lead their sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales track record and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Identify and target new business opportunities and corporate clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve targets.
• Prepare and present proposals and contracts to clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams.
• Provide regular sales reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
• 5 years of sales experience, with 2 years in a senior role in hospitality or long-term stays.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel as needed.
