Here at Fire Safe Services, were seeking for an experienced Administrator to join our team based in Bromsgrove. This is a position for a driven and confident office administrator, to join a successful and rapidly growing fire and security service-based Company, based in Bromsgrove.
What we offer:
Were looking to offer a salary of up to £24,500 for this role and are open to candidates of various levels. In addition, we offer 25 days + bank holidays per annum, birthday off and the opportunity to buy or sell holiday days and company pension.
Key areas of responsibility:
Serve customers by taking incoming phone calls daily with a consistent professional approach to meeting their demands.
You will be reading job reports, liaising with customers to book and confirm subcontractor projects and installation visits as well as liaising with the appropriate teams regarding anything within the department
Deal with any queries or issues that arise from scheduled works and escalate to Management
Monitoring the job cost to ensure profit / margin is accurate
Experience required for the role:
Ideally you will have previous experience of working in a similar role
Strong IT skills and an ability to use CRM systems
Ability to work in a fast paced, sometimes demanding environment
Strong communication ability both written and verbal
