With a talented team of highly skilled designers at their core, this senior position is focused on developing new business opportunities, strengthening existing client relationships, and leading the team toward strategic growth.

About the Role:

In this position, you’ll oversee a team of three Business Development Managers and a Marketing Specialist, while playing a key role on the Senior Management Team, shaping policy, strategy, and budgets. You will also work closely with the interior design team to ensure client satisfaction with every project.

The work is diverse, engaging, and rewarding, with a client portfolio spread across the southern half of the UK. Projects include complete refurbishments for high-end hotels, whole-home furnishings for private residential clients, and—most prominently—stunning show homes for national and regional housebuilders.

About You:

· Proven experience in managing sales teams and strategies

· Strong leadership and team development skills

· Exceptional interpersonal skills

· Creative and effective in executing marketing campaigns

· Skilled communicator, both verbally and in writing, with experience drafting contracts

· Intelligent, strategic, and analytical thinker

· Background in a creative industry

· Willingness to travel for client visits
