Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day will include:

• Business Development – reaching out to new clients, demonstrating how you can add value to them and bringing them onboard.
• Sourcing new candidates by posting adverts, headhunting on LinkedIn/job boards and by generating referrals through your growing network.
• Matching your candidates skillset to your clients needs, conduct phone interviews and organise meetings with both parties.
• Building rapport and developing the relationships for repeat business.
• Negotiating terms of business, business rates, salaries for both clients and candidates.
• Closing deals!

Benefits:

• Uncapped commission of up to 20%, in addition to basic salary, allowing you to be financially compensated for your work ethic. Our commission has no threshold allowing you to realistically earn commission from Day 1.

• Realistic OTE Yr1 - £45k, Yr2 60k+, Yr3 £80k+.

• In 2022/2023, 50% of consultants with 12 months+ experience earned £50k+, 30% £80k+, 20% £100k+.
