Digital Business Analyst

Digital Business Analyst - Permanent - circa £56,000 plus benefits - hybrid

We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital BA to join a growing retail company. You will support on customer facing projects including web, mobile & CRM.

What you will be doing:

• Attend / Lead workshops with internal stakeholders to understand detailed business requirements
• Write comprehensive acceptance criteria and work with wider teams to ensure understanding
• Refine user stories and participate in agile ceremonies as required
• Work closely with Product Owners and cross functional delivery teams to focus on value driven delivery that supports innovation, optimisation, and maintenance of digital products
• Using data to inform decision making and look for opportunity to optimise digital performance

Key Requirements:

• Experience working as Business Analyst on web based projects. Mobile App experience would be advantageous
• Experience with a CMS such as Adobe, Sitecore or Optimizely
• Have worked in a consumer organisation such as Retail, Hotels or Restaurants
• Experience of working with both waterfall, agile and hybrid methodologies
