Are you an ambitious Project Quantity Surveyor ready to take on a diverse portfolio of challenging and rewarding projects across London?
A dynamic and forward-thinking Cost & Project Management Consultancy, based near London Victoria, is seeking a driven Project Quantity Surveyor to join their expert team. This is your chance to step into a role where no two projects are the same and where you'll lead from the front on both UK and international ventures.
The Project Quantity Surveyor's Role
As the successful Project Quantity Surveyor, you will work alongside a close-knit team of 15 experienced Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors in a supportive, family-like environment. Specialising in Residential & Hotel sectors, this consultancy also delivers impressive projects across commercial offices, healthcare, churches, mixed-use developments, and student accommodation, with project values ranging from £1m to £100m+.
You'll gain exposure to a wide range of sectors and have the opportunity to broaden your expertise while delivering exceptional results on complex, high-profile projects. Your role will involve leading projects through all stages, from inception to completion, with plenty of room to grow within the business.

The Project Quantity Surveyor
The incoming Project Quantity Surveyor will have:
A RICS Accredited degree qualification
MRICS ideally or currently working towards
Experience in both pre- and post-contract stages
Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
A successful track record managing projects from inception to completionIn Return?
£50,000 - £60,000
Travel Allowance
27 days annual leave + bank holidays
