General Manager, 2 Rosette Dining Pub, Shoreditch
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced, premium background General Manager who has passion and flair for all things hospitality. You will be working within a critically acclaimed, 2 Rosette high volume premium dining pub in Shoreditch. As the General Manager you will be given the opportunity to run and operate the business as your own working closely with the Operations Manager and owner.

The Person
The successful General Manager will have the following:
- Experience in premium, high volume dining
- 2 Rosette background
- Solid P&L knowledge and proven track record of managing budgets, compliance and health and safety.
- Must have experience in fine dining/dining pub
- Ability to lead a strong, experienced, long standing team
- A high experience General Manager with 2 years experience and a strong business understanding
- Good wine knowledge is preferable
- Organised, passionate & driven
- Proactive in driving a business forward through marketing, networking & events
- Strong attention to detail
- The face of the business – personable & engaging, ready to build a great rapport with all guests
