The restaurant manager we are looking for will have a high volume fast paced branded high street restaurant/quick service background with the ability to manage large teams, customer service and further drive sales.

RESTAURANT MANAGER - IS THIS YOU?

• Experience as a restaurant manager in a branded high street business - high volume and fast paced
  
• Passion for high quality food and drink & exceptional customer service
• A hands-on lead from the front approach and a real eye for detail
• A strong people manager with the ability to train & motivate a team to deliver results
• An understanding of cost controls
  
• Sales building
  

RESTAURANT MANAGER - YOU WILL:

• Manage day to day operations alongside the GM and Deputy GM
  
• Train, lead, coach, motivate and develop your team
• Work in a hands-on capacity leading from the front
• Maintain high standards of customer service
  
• Drive sales to maximise profitability
