Your duties will include:

• Assisting the Health & Safety Manager in liaising with external contractors and suppliers
• Working a part of the team with general admin duties including filing data, inputting, typing, and assisting in the management of communications and paperwork.
• Ensuring compliance to legislation and procedures.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation associated with your work
• Monitoring the health and safety training records across the business
• Interacting with all members of the business, the suppliers, and customers.

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and organised individual who can work independently and collaboratively.
