Operations Manager

Operations Manager required for an outstanding country house hotel based in a beautiful part of the South West countryside.

This well established business has impressive facilities including 60 individually designed bedrooms, a fine dine restaurant, dedicated M&E facilities with a capacity to 120 people.

This hotel is part of a small group of luxury hotels based in the South West.

We are looking to recruit a F&B orientated operations manager to oversee all F&B outlets within the hotel. Managing a team of HOD's and working closely with the general manager, this position will have a particular focus towards maintaining exceptional levels of service and quality throughout the hotel.

Ideally, our client is looking for an established F&B Manager who would want to consider stepping up to operations manager. However, this role could also suit an operations manager who is looking to consolidate their experience.
