Responsibilities, Skills and Experience for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:
Sufficient post Part 2 experience in a UK-based architectural practice.
Demonstrated success in delivering hospitality projects, supported by a strong portfolio.
Develop detailed architectural plans, elevations, and technical specifications for joinery, electrics, and finishes.
Collaborate on hospitality design projects, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
Liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and suppliers, including conducting site visits and reviews.
Confidently manage projects independently and within a collaborative team.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and SketchUp.
Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.
Experience with construction detailing and preparing technical documentation.
