Salary £65,000 - £80,000 basic DoE + bonus (c£10k)
This 10-year-old contractor has progressed from building amazing properties in St George's Hill, Wentworth Estate and private estates in Surrey / Hampshire, to refurbishing and fitting out exquisite single dwellings in Belgravia, Knightsbridge, Kensington and Chelsea.
Their work includes basement construction, structural alterations, strip out works finished with meticulous craftsmanship and specialist finishes. Typical projects range from £1.1m to £3.5m with their biggest priced at £7.5m.
They are looking for a Site Manager to join the team, someone who has experience and further potential who can grow with the business. This person would have to be excellent with paperwork, processes and site administration which now play a key role on their type of specialist projects.
A Site Manager with an Academic qualification would be preferable, backed up with a hunger to deliver and exceed expectations. Experience working on super-prime projects would be of interest as well as a high-end hotel finishes. The client does like to see time-spent with previous track employers, which not only shows loyalty and commitment but also growth and progression carrying out jobs from start to finish.
