Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the construction site, ensuring all work is carried out safely and to the highest standards.

* Manage subcontractors and ensure the timely completion of all phases of construction.

* Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project specifications are met.

* Monitor project budgets and schedules to ensure financial and time constraints are adhered to.

* Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality control throughout the construction process.
