Popeyes Kitchen is searching for a passionate and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team and ensure that every guest enjoys the bold flavour and warm hospitality that Popeyes is known for.

In this position, you will be tasked with hiring, training, and developing a top-performing team. You will be the driving force behind our restaurants success, ensuring that all team members deliver outstanding service and adhere to Popeyes high standards. You will also be responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and handling customer inquiries with professionalism and care.

This role demands strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to creating memorable dining experiences! Join us and help bring the flavour of Louisiana to life.

Essential:

• Minimum 2-year leadership experience in a management role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.
• 18 years or over due to late night working and closing of the store.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
