Your Role as a Recruitment Consultant

At Higher Group, you’ll join a supportive culture that celebrates achievements and helps spearhead your career. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will:

•⁠ ⁠Work with clients to understand their hiring needs & solve their problems

•⁠ ⁠Advertise roles and create engaging strategies to attract top talent

•⁠ ⁠Interview candidates to match their skills to exciting opportunities

•⁠ ⁠Build strong relationships with both clients and candidates

•⁠ ⁠Bring on new business and grow your niche patch

What We’re Looking For:

•⁠ ⁠Sales experience or degree preferred

•⁠ ⁠A strong desire to work hard & succeed

•⁠ ⁠Someone who is social and ambitious.

Package:

• £24k starting salary (negotiable based on experience)
• Up to 40% commission
• Up to 30 days holiday per year & early Friday finishes
• Gym membership & weekly team fitness classes (if thats your thing)
