Location: New Malden, Surrey
Contract: Full-time, PERMANENT
Start Date: ASAP or January 2025

Key Responsibilities:
Foster a safe, welcoming, and engaging atmosphere that supports the wellbeing and learning of young children.
Encourage children's educational growth through play, teaching, and creative activities.
Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual journey.
Assist in developing children's literacy, language, and numeracy skills.
Monitor developmental progress and plan age-appropriate activities.
Maintain positive relationships with both internal and external professionals.
Adhere to and promote nursery policies, providing guidance to fellow team members.
Requirements:
Qualification: Level 3 in Early Years or equivalent.
Skills: Ability to create a stimulating and secure environment, with a strong focus on children's safety and developmental progress.
Experience: Previous experience in a nursery setting is preferred, with a passion for fostering young children's growth.
