Responsibilities and Duties

• Interfacing with tenants and customers
• Working with Marketing Manager as needed in event set up
• Maintaining vendor relationships and communicating concerns/questions to them
• Troubleshooting tenant needs and concerns
• Addressing any building or parking concerns
• Dispatching maintenance and following up to ensure satisfaction
• Answering incoming calls
• Scheduling routine maintenance and notifying tenants
• Coordinating tenant appreciation events
• Assisting Manager with budget preparation and CAM reconciliations
• Proofing incoming invoices for accuracy
• Coding and inputting property payables
• Coordinating meetings for Manager
• Communicating with vendors during tenant improvement process
• Providing information to tenants for property improvements or after-hours maintenance projects
• Preparing reports

Qualifications and Skills

• 3+ years as a Assistant Property Manager - commercial experience required
• Yardi or MRI ideal
• Commercial Retail experience ideal
• BA or BS
• Ability to listen well
• Strong follow up and people skills
• Proven experience of financial knowledge/understanding
