Position will base in Newport Beach and work to manage a mixed industrial and office portfolio of properties throughout the Orange County and South Los Angeles areas. Responsibilities will include:

• Driving to multiple property locations
• Assisting with Annual CAM reconciliations
• Managing tenant move-in and move-out process
• Assisting with budget preparation and variance reports
• Maintaining vendor relationships
• Managing tenant work order requests
• Executing a variety of events at the property
• Supporting Property Manager with various projects
• Gathering certificates of insurance and business licenses
• Scheduling and managing preventative maintenance
• Processing tenant and vendor invoices
• Interpret and manage a variety of property leases
• Assisting Manager with coordinating TI and CapEx projects
• Managing compliance for vendors and tenants
• Overseeing property walks

Specialty Qualifications:

• Strong communicator with excellent people skills
• Ability to listen and provide solutions for tenants
• Solid accounting and financial knowledge

Qualifications:

• 3+ years' Property Management experience within office properties
• Strong people and development/mentorship skills
• BA or BS highly desired
• CA RE License preferred
• Strong MS Office - intermediate to advanced
