As we continue to grow, our Group Reservations Manager will play a crucial role in the success of our restaurants and guest experience.

This is a full-time role based at our Central Office in Camden.

The Candidate:

  • You are an exceptional communicator and relationship builder. You possess both excellent verbal and written communication skills and are able to adapt your style to a range of audiences. You will be the first contact for many of our guest’s journeys and you’ll thrive on creating connections and delivering exceptional hospitality.
  • You are highly organised with unwavering standards, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. A love of structure and the ability to stay ordered whilst managing multi-site reservations is crucial to success in this role.
  • Our restaurants are high volume, fast paced environments; you must be able to work quickly to meet the high level of demand and interest in our venues.
  • You are a SevenRooms expert and technologically savvy. You will manage the reservations group-wide, across the phone-lines and email, and approach the bookings system with a nimble, entrepreneurial mindset to ensure that we maintain the highest possible occupancy.
  • You are able to strategise. You’ll work closely with the Operations team, Marketing, the Directors and the on-site management teams to proactively plan for upcoming seasonal changes and events.
  • You are data and results driven and will continuously drive to push covers and meet your KPI’s. You will produce detailed and strategic reports for the Operations team and Directors to ensure the continued review and success of the department.
  • A strong and responsible leader of your section. You will guide the Management and host teams across our sites on their training and ensuring that they are set for success and can run the services to their full capacity.
  • You are an excellent problem solver with the ability to maintain oversight across several brands. You will be flexible in adapting to changes and be able to pre-empt and respond to the ever-changing needs of guests and busy London restaurants.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Reservations Manager in a similar high-end restaurant or restaurant group role.

Our Benefits:

  • Paid development courses – WSET, Watershed and more
  • Employee Referral Scheme – up to £2,000
  • Generous staff discount of up to 50% off across all our Studio Paskin venues
  • Enhanced parental leave package
  • Cycle-to-work scheme
