Are you passionate about Greek and Mediterranean cuisine? We're looking for a talented and visionary Head Chef to lead the kitchen in our exciting new restaurant in Marylebone. As part of a renowned international hospitality group from Asia, with expansion plans into the Middle East next year, this is a unique chance to join our team at an early stage, shaping and establishing our brand in London.

Role Highlights:

- Cuisine: Greek and Mediterranean, with a focus on authentic, high-quality ingredients and innovative dishes.

- Location: Marylebone, London – an iconic, culinary neighbourhood.

- Seating: 75 seats, offering an intimate yet vibrant dining experience.

- Schedule: Closed on Sundays and Mondays, giving you dedicated time to recharge.

- Team: Lead a dedicated team of 7 chefs, with additional support from our international culinary task force, providing guidance, inspiration, and assistance in delivering world-class dining experiences.

What We're Looking For:

- Culinary Passion: A strong passion for Greek and Mediterranean cuisine, with creative ideas to develop our unique menu.

- Leadership: Exceptional leadership skills to train, mentor, and inspire your team, ensuring efficiency, collaboration, and excellence in the kitchen.

- Experience: Previous experience in a high-end kitchen is essential; ideally, you have led or worked as part of a team in a Mediterranean or Greek restaurant.

- Visionary Thinking: Innovative and open to experimentation while maintaining a commitment to authenticity and quality.
