Assistant Manager

Were looking for a dynamic, team focused manager with experience working in a busy hospitality environment. Your main focus will be to help lead and inspire the team while making sure the atmosphere and service is the best it can be.

As an independent business, our client wants all the people working for them to feel valued and happy in their working environment, we want managers who can help facilitate this and have personal input on how to make the business better.

While food plays an important part of the business it is operated separately.

Requirements

- Strong, positive, pro-active manager who always looks for solutions

- A hands on manager who will work on the bar and help the team

- Ability to keep standards high

- Experience of working in a late night venue

- Experience of managing a team

- Experience of training staff

- Experience of managing controllable costs including stock and wages helps although not essential

- A love of craft beer is a bonus!

• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
