As a Sous Chef at Revolution Bars Group PLC, you will play a vital role in our success. You will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in managing the kitchen, ensuring the quality and consistency of dishes, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen and staff
• Ensure the quality and consistency of dishes
• Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard
• Manage inventory and food cost control
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
• Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques
• Ability to manage and lead a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
