Your duties will include:

• Control the quality levels of products and services relating to food operation and sanitation, cleanliness, and hygiene.
• Oversee, coordinate and become directly involved in the preparation, presentation, and service of food products to always ensure the highest quality.
• Offer great customer service and answer guests' needs appropriately.
• Ensure the kitchen area is kept clean and tidy.

The successful candidate will have a proven culinary experience, superb attention to detail & take pride in work. The ideal candidate will be organised and punctual, with excellent communication skills.
