We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Pastry Chef to join the kitchen team at this stunning hotel.
As Pastry Chef you you will be responsible for the pastry section and work as a team with the kitchen brigade to ensure food is served to all the hotels outlets to the highest of standards

The dining offering includes 2 AA rosettes, 90 cover Restaurant, a 60-cover brassiere, a busy Lounges & terrace, room service and extensive event spaces catering for up to 600 covers over a busy weekend.

The Person

The ideal Pastry Chef will have the following:

• Proven experience as a pastry Chef in a similar environment
• Good knowledge of HACCAP
• Happy working shifts and weekend
• Good attention to detail
• solid CV with good stability in previous roles
