The Advocate Group are partnering with a leading drinks business whose products are well recognised and enjoyed by many, looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to work on a premium brand and drive engagement in the on-trade through best in class activations.

The Role

• Create and execute activation plans and customer marketing strategies for the premium on-trade channel
• Support customer and brand growth objectives
• Liase between sales and marketing to develop customer specific activations or NPD launch plans
• Create briefs for promotional artwork and work closely with external agencies where necessary
• Proactively work with sales team to secure new listings and increase distribution
• Spend time in the on-trade to gain understanding of the landscape and new opportunities for the brand to maximise

The Person

• Experience of customer/trade marketing in the drinks industry
• Good knowledge of the premium on-trade channel
• Ability to develop and deliver activation plans
• Commercial thinker
• Able to manage multiple projects at once and think outside of the box
• A good team player but also, a self starter who can work off their own initiative
• Hold a full UK driving licence
