Job Description
Overview of the Role:
As the Centre Director at The Mall, Cribbs Causeway, you will play a crucial role in driving performance and ensuring the efficient management of the mixed-use retail destination. Working closely with M&G, Sovereign Centros, and CBRE, you would be the ambassador for the shopping centre.
Your responsibilities will be:
* Leading the centre management team to meet financial growth targets and ensure efficient operations.
* Building relationships with key stakeholders, retail occupiers, and external partners to enhance the value of the asset.
* Overseeing the analysis of trading data and making strategic decisions to improve asset performance.
This role offers the opportunity to:
* Work at one of the top 30 shopping centres in the UK, managing over 150 high-profile stores and restaurants.
* Be part of a dynamic team focused on long-term investment and retailer mix optimization.
* Play a key role in regional development initiatives, creating strategic partnerships and driving growth.
The right candidate will be:
* Experienced in shopping centre manager, preferably at Centre Director level.
* A strong leader with excellent analytical skills and commercial acumen.
* Experienced in managing stakeholder relationships and influencing strategic decision-making.
* Skilled in interpreting trading data and identifying opportunities for asset enhancement.
The budget for this role is up to £150,000, including a wide range of perks & benefits.
