The Opportunity
Given increased project expansions, a fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Administrator to join a company who are ambitious leaders in their field, where you will be responsible for helping to support a busy corporate Team of medical specialists.
The role
As an Administrator, your role will be responsible for the logging of invoices using excel spreadsheets, Purchase Orders, booking hotels, accommodation and travel.
This role is a Long Term Contract.
35 hours per week
The rate for this role will be negotiable
Your duties and responsibilities will be
Filing, General administration to support the daily function of the Team.
Liaison with staff including Managers and Nurses in the field
Ordering and arranging delivery of equipment for Nurses working out in the field - which is critical and often time sensitive.
Liaison with staff including Managers and Nurses in the field.
Assisting PA with event management.
Filing.
General administration to support the daily function of the Team.You will have the following qualifications & experience
Skilled in use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.
Skilled in minute taking, creation of action plans and agendas.Get in touch now
