To manage the business functions of an MHR consulting practice.
Responsible for the efficient and effective business planning and execution of the practice, in line with agreed business plan targets, quality metrics, and customer experience metrics.
Ownership of year-on-year efficiency saving and revenue growth, through skills and service development.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for capacity planning activities.
- Identify and drive consultancy improvement initiatives.
- Conduct effective deployment of staff to utilisation targets.
- Effective staff development to ensure effect utilisation.
- Effective recruitment and development pipelines to respond to changing market conditions.
- Management of compliance and risk.
- Contribute towards service development and operationalisation of new services.
- Cost control and year-on-year efficiency improvement.
- Manage, coach and develop a high performing, fully utilised teams.
- Develop effective forecast models based on departmental/ industry trends and demand patterns.
- Lead on risk assessments and mitigation activities to protect revenue.
- Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.
- Analyse, review, forecast, and trend complex data into the business planning process.
- Continually identify and drive additional commercial opportunities.
- Drive the delivery of the Professional Services Strategy.
- Champion internal change initiatives ensuring changes are successfully adopted.
- To promote a positive image of MHR at all times.
