We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Dining Pub Management couple for a stunning gastro pub with rooms near Andover. We are looking for a dynamic couple -Head Chef and General Manager to run the day to day operations under the owners. The pub is set to reopen in November.


The Perks

• Basic salary of between £60,000- £75,000 dependant on experience
• Live in available if required
• Bonus in addition to salary

The pub is set to reopen under a great leadership team in November

The Person

The successful Head Chef and General Management couple will have the following

• A proven track record of successful managing a similar style pub
• Strong leadership skills, be a real team player who thrives on motivation and empowering their team.
• You will have experience in running busy operations, overseeing large teams, and maintaining high standards across all areas of the business.
• Proven experience in delivering business growth, budgets, and staff retention.
• The ability to operate a high-demand kitchen.
• Experience in an all fresh food kitchen environment
• The ability to create and cost a successful menu
