Job Description
Role: AV Installation Engineer
Location: Reading
Salary: £39,000 - £45,000 per annum + Van + Overtime + Travel Time
Technical Resources are recruiting for an experienced AV Installation Engineer in Reading to join a market-leading AV, Network Infrastructure, and Electrical Contracting company. With a strong presence in the retail, hospitality, corporate environments, and public sectors, this expanding company is looking for an AV expert to support their growing team.
Responsibilities:
Travelling to customer sites for installations and service.
Installation and programming of control systems.
Installation and programming of screens, projectors, and video conferencing equipment.
Installing and programming digital signage solutions.
Rack building and cable management.
Liaising with clients and attending site meetings.
Working independently or as part of a team to complete projects.Experience and Certifications Required:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in AV Engineering.
Experience with structured cabling installations for AV systems.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with professionalism and initiative.
Knowledge of networking and IP technology.
