£25,000 + uncapped commission = £60,000 | Top performers taking home £90,000

8:45AM - 5:30PM Monday to Friday (1 Saturday in 4 if needed)

Going into the new year we are looking for 5 sales professionals to start in January 2025 who may have a notice period to work, or prefer to start a new role after the Christmas period.

What will your first year look like?

• Upon joining you’ll go through 4 weeks of fully paid, industry specific training
• New starters earning £2,000 commission in their first wage check
• Join your team, and get to grips with the products we provide
• Every quarter you'll get an additional bonus & go into the trips away incentive
• Begin your "career pathway" into a BDM role within 12-18 months
• Next natural step would be Sales Partner level

Over 80% of our staff progress to BDM level in Year 1, we’ve got sales staff who are purchasing their first homes within months due to the amount of commission they are making, and we have top performers earning up to £250,000. This is your chance to earn life changing amounts of money quickly.

You’ll work closely with our Business Development Managers, assisting with managing their diaries, and taking a chunk of the reward when they close the demo's you book. Part of their role is to also support, develop, and give you an insight into this team, ready for when you progress.
