About the Role:

Working as part of a friendly kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking nutritious and delicious meals for approximately 90 children with specific dietary requirements. Experience with pureed foods is highly desirable. You will also ensure a clean and organised kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals for children with special dietary needs.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS check is essential.
• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie.
• Excellent culinary skills and a commitment to high-quality food.
• Strong understanding of special diets and experience with texture modification.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
