Job Description
We are looking for a Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Kalamazoo, MI. In this role, you will provide continuous, quality, patient-centered care to individuals across their lifespan. This position is in an outpatient clinic setting, where you will deliver comprehensive healthcare and health management for patients of all ages.
The Family Medicine Physician will be responsible for assessing patients’ health through systematic health history, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing. You will observe and assess patients, provide appropriate interventions, and make referrals as necessary. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing and treating health problems, interpreting and evaluating diagnostic tests, and establishing a comprehensive plan of care. This plan will address patients' needs, including medication, diet, therapeutic procedures, counseling, and education.
In this role, you can expect to see an average of 18 patients per day on the high end. You will provide care in alignment with current Joint Commission standards and work towards the best outcomes for each patient.

Requirements:
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Michigan State Medical License (in hand or in process)
- DEA Verbal Confirmation (or willingness to obtain)
- CSR/CDS (or willingness to obtain)
