2 weeks of coverage needed monthly - starting 1/13/2025
Schedule is 24hr On Call Daily to include 8 hours of patient contact callback hours after 8 hours.

Required DilatationSmall Bowel BiopsyLower GI EndoscopySigmoidoscopyColonoscopyInsertion/Management of Sengstaken/Blakemore Tube Required Types of Upper GI Biopsywith Foreign Body Removalwith Fulguration of Bleeder Cauterywith Banding of Variceswith ERCP Endoscopic Retrograde CholangiopancreatographyDiagnosticTherapeuticwith PEG Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy

Orientation - 4 hrs paid
Holiday rate is 1.4x
Rates to submit: Orientation On Call Daily to include 8 hours of Patient Contact and call back 1.4x for holiday rate conversion rate
Expenses:
Hotel - Not to exceed 200/night
Flight - reimbursed coach ticket if distance is gt 150 miles
Mileage - reimbursed if distance is lt 150 miles
Client is not responsible for meals laundry dry cleaning telephone tv or entertainment
Schedule 24Hour, Current Providers are 14on 14off - On Call Daily 24hr with 8 hours of patient contact
