- Supporting the Head Chef with menu development and kitchen operations.- Preparing and presenting high-quality, fresh dishes to maintain our reputation for excellence.- Overseeing junior kitchen staff, offering guidance, and helping with training.- Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.- Managing inventory, portion control, and assisting with stock orders.
