**The Role** As the Restaurant Floor Manager, youll be at the heart of our operations, managing a busy, energetic floor and ensuring each guest feels welcomed and valued. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the daily floor operations and coordinating with the kitchen and bar teams.- Training, mentoring, and motivating front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional service.- Managing bookings, guest complaints, and special requests with professionalism and warmth.- Implementing processes to ensure smooth service, even during peak times.- Assisting with stock control, budgeting, and ensuring health and safety compliance.
