Real Estate Solicitor, Manchester

We are seeking to recruit a Real Estate Solicitor (1-7 years' PQE) to join a leading global law firm's award-winning Real Estate practice in Manchester.

This highly-regarded team operates at the forefront of the real estate industry, working on a diverse portfolio including investment, development, and asset management for high-value transactions and major investors across the UK.

As part of this team, you'll be handling multi-million-pound transactions and advising on a variety of asset classes. While the team specialises in traditional real estate, they're also known for leading work in emerging sectors, such as student accommodation, PRS, and the hotels and leisure industry. You'll collaborate on significant projects, develop client relationships, and gain exposure to both established and alternative real estate assets.

Key Qualifications:

• 1-7 PQE, trained within a recognised real estate department
• Interest and enthusiasm for commercial property
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ambitious and committed to business development and client management
• Commercially aware with an innovative mindset
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Well-organised with strong time management skills
