Our client is a well-established architectural firm based in Stratford, specialising in a diverse range of commercial projects, industrial, hospitality, and retail developments is now seeking an Architectural Technologist or Technician. Our client offers a salary of up to £50,000, hybrid working, employer pension scheme as well as friendly and supportive working environment!

Architectural Technologist Job Overview
Manage building control queries and maintain organized project documentation
Maintain architectural plans, specifications, and survey notes systematically
Conduct site inspections and assess project progress
Participate in project meetings, providing technical insights and updates
Develop detailed architectural drawings and specifications using Revit
Architectural Technologist Job Requirements
Proficiency in Revit
At least 3 years of experience within commercial sectors
Highly organised, motivated, and able to work under pressure
Basic knowledge of BREEAM is desirable
Architectural Technologist Salary & Benefits
£40,000 - £50,000 salary (D.O.E.)
Hybrid working (2 days WFH)
23 days of annual leave + bank holidays
Contributory pension scheme
Life assurance (4x annual basic salary)
