Job Description
Role PurposeAre you a natural leader with a passion for delivering great service in a fast-paced environment? As a Duty Manager, youll be responsible for ensuring smooth operations during your shift, leading the team, and maintaining high standards across the board. Key Skills
Team Leadership: Build and sustain strong relationships with your team, leading by example and creating a positive work environment. Be approachable, a good listener, and able to motivate others.Quality Control: Ensure the highest standards are maintained across all aspects of the restaurant, from food quality to customer service.Professionalism & Hygiene: Display a professional and positive attitude at all times, ensuring all hygiene and safety standards are upheld.Time Management: Effectively manage your time and the teams, prioritising key tasks to keep the restaurant running smoothly.Problem Solving & Decision Making: Address any issues that arise during your shift, making decisions quickly and knowing when to escalate for support.Adaptability & Stress Management: Stay calm under pressure, handle unexpected challenges, and lead the team through busy or difficult shifts.
Duties
Oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant during your shift.Ensure all staff are following hygiene and operational standards.Manage team performance and ensure great service delivery.Monitor food quality and customer satisfaction.Support with general cleaning and Clean as You Go policies.Ensure compliance with the restaurants allergen policy.
