Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Entertainment Travel Agent at Murs Entertainment Travel. The Entertainment Travel Agent will be responsible for managing reservations, providing exceptional customer service, arranging ground transport, coordinating travel arrangements, and driving sales. This role is based in Manchester Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for some remote work.

Skill Requirements

• At least 2 years GDS experience, Sabre preferred.
• Reservations and Travel Arrangements using travel industry booking tools i.e Roomservice
• Customer Service and Sales skills
• A knowledge of travel industry alliances i.e Hilton and Hampton, Sky Team, Star Alliance and One World.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Knowledge of entertainment industry travel trends
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is a preferred.
• Works well under pressure
• Able to work alone and produce work in a timely manner
